To be honest my journaling journey has had some ups and downs. Although I love to write it's been hard for me to sustain the habit of journaling.
I've been where you are. Tired of random and incohesive attempts to make journaling a habit, journaling with random and generic prompts, that didn't inspire or even motivate me.
I wanted my journaling to be aligned with the way I live, more closely in tune with the cycles of nature, to be a mindfulness tool as well as to bring me on an actual journey that inspires accountability and helps me sustain the habit.
Once I had created this journal for myself, I realized that I could (and should) make this accessible not only for my clients but for everybody and that's how the Wisdom Whisper Journaling membership was born.
This membership is really for anybody. It is for anybody wanting to deep a little deeper and really get to know themselves better, and for thoes taking their first step into the journaling world.
I've used my extensive experience and knowledge from teaching and coaching to pack it full of transformational prompts that will help anybody get to know themselves better and develop a truly helpful and supportive journaling habit.
The seasons and moon cycles used for the monthly journals are based on the Northern Hemisphere. I currently do not create a seasonal journal for the Southern Hemisphere.

Journaling is readily available to everybody, which is a good thing, you can buy books, buy journals and find free stuff online, you can even sit yourself down with a blank piece of paper and have a go at it, and thatās all good.
The thing to keep in mind is that most journals are created either with a specific person in mind or a specific outcome, and that means that they are by the very nature of them limited, and not necessarily what you need at any given moment.
I curate each monthly journal to the season, moon cycles, mindfulness and yogic principles, current events and a personal growth theme making it a living breathing thing. No two journals are ever the same, even a monthly journal for the same month from 2 different years will differ.
I want it to feel like you are being guided by me, a real person, and not just a bunch of generic āfeel goodā prompts. I want it to be a genuine tool to have by your side to start exploring yourself, and I think that this comes across as support and guidance, that not only is there for you, but also helps you build a sustainable habit and acts as a valuable tool in your self-care box.
YES!!! Absolutely. There's no theology involved here. The journaling tools are based on promoting personal development, in a caring and compassionate way. I curate the journals to follow the energetic seasons, we all experience and live in. Regardless of location or religion we're all under the influence of seasonal energy, and being able to harness the energetic support from nature can be hugely beneficial and a beautiful supplement to any religious practice.
Even if this is your first attempt at journaling, you can easily do this. Journaling is as simple as writing down your thoughts, feelings and emotions, or anything really that comes to mind. It is the process of letting it go, surrendering it to the pages, finding patterns and reconnecting and learning about yourself in the process.
You really donāt need anything but a pencil and a piece of paper really. But like anything in life, having a mentor or a guide to guide you can make the difference between playing on hobby level or becoming an expert in yourself. So I invite you to join in to really take it to the next level.

Everybody is different, and even though journaling is by its very nature a writing process, normally a daily one. You have my permission to make it anything you like.
If you canāt write every day, do it whenever you can.
If you donāt like writing, read the daily prompt in the morning and use it as inspiration for your day, you only need to keep it in your heart and take action on it as you go about your day.
What if you read the prompt in the morning and did an audio recording of your thoughts on it while driving to work in your car?
Or simply keep an audio journal and āwriteā with your voice every day, reflecting on the prompt by saying it out load.
Or do a mix of all of the above, daily, weekly or whenever, you decideā¦ it doesnāt matter HOW you do it, just that you DO IT.

Journaling is an excellent tool to help you transition and come to terms with change. Although the membership is not specifically designed for any specific life transition, change is an inadvertently part of life, and exploring yourself through journaling for personal growth is in fact changing yourself, so you will be able to benefit from the support and guidance you can find in this membership. If you are dealing with a very specific situation, you can also try to seek out journaling resources aimed at your specific situation.
Let's start by dropping the "should", it's your life, your choice and you can do it any which way you want.
Some people prefer to journal in the morning setting you up for the day, other in the evening to work through what has happened during the day. You need to try it out for your self, and find a method/time that works for you. The most important thing is to make sure that it fits into your life situation, so you are able to do it on a regular basis building a habit.

The journal is a PDF, that can be printed. But it is created as a digital journal, meaning you can use it on any electronic device.
Some might prefer a printed version others the digital version.
If you prefer to use it digitally, you will have the best experience by importing it into a note-taking app like; Goodnotes, Noteshelf or Xodo (free).
Feel free to cancel at anytime, on your membership page and I will no longer be charging you. But please keep in mind that due to the digital nature of this product, once you buy it, you can't really return it, so I can't give any refunds, all sales are final.

However I can't make any guarantees. The effect of journaling depends solely on the individual, and so many factors comes into play. As every person's situation is unique, I cannot guarantee specific results.
