A few practical facts about online coaching with me.

Here I’ve just gathered a few practical facts to questions that often pop up as you start on this journey of personal transformation.

The sessions.

Sessions are normally 60 minutes.

They can be with me in my studio or online using the online app sessions.

You log into your client account to book a session, and it is also here you and I communicate

together. I use the app sessions which is browser-based, so you do not need to download anything.

You’ll receive a link to your coaching/training once the session is booked.

How often we meet is up to you and your daily schedule. Yoga and mindfulness are as much a mental practice as a physical one. So, you do not need to practice every day to see results. However, I do recommend that you incorporate aspects of yoga and mindfulness into your daily life.

Who is this for?

Anyone can train with me. Over the years I've worked with all kinds of people, with very different requirements and issues. I've worked with clients suffering from anxiety or depression and burnout, with a mental diagnosis, with physical restrictions, recovering after illness, suffering from chronic pains, athletes (particularly runners), and people simply wanting to embrace yoga and mindfulness as a wonderful tool in their lives.

As I provide a personalized experience created just for you, it doesn't matter what your reason or desire for being here is, we create your journey together.

1-1 training and/or coaching is where you, through individually created sessions, develop your own yoga and/or mindfulness practice. You'll be guided through the process and acquire the knowledge required to provide increased emotional and physical health and mental clarity.

Everyone - regardless of level and degree of flexibility - benefits from personal training. There is time to go in-depth with your issues as well as talk about how to take care of yourself, both on and off the yoga mat. It is important that you feel safe and not be afraid to ask questions and explore all that yoga can provide.

What will happen?

We'll put together personal sessions for you, with either a focus on emotional, physical, or spiritual aspects to alleviate any challenges and imbalances you experience in your daily life. Our sessions can be yoga, mindfulness, or a mix of all the different healing modalities that I work with which also include breathing exercises, Reiki, and sound healing.

Your practice should be seen in relation to the rest of your life, and help you feel balanced, strong, and agile. Maybe you feel tight and tired and spend much of your day sitting, or maybe you are active and in motion all the time. No matter how you spend your time, our time together will be able to create the balance you need.

The mind-body connection is key.

We are all equipped with an amazing body that works hard for us on a daily basis and that wishes us the best. But in a busy day, with demands for high performance, the brain can often take the lead, and signals from the body, be suppressed, overlooked, or disappear completely.

In modern life you tend to use your mental intelligence alone, through practicing yoga and mindfulness the intelligence of the body is also involved. The increased body awareness that this gives you helps you to decode the body's signals and respond more appropriately to them. Thereby you can prevent a number of health issues such as; back pain, headaches, stress, and burnout, to mention a few.

Everyone has the opportunity to rediscover and reconnect with the body. When this happens, you'll experience a lighter, more "happy" body that helps to carry you through more difficult situations, release old traumas, increase your level of performance, and ensure that you have a balanced, strong, and flexible body for many years to come.
